CORPORATE YOGA

Working in corporate jobs and sitting in front of the screen for way too many hours is something that we know well, even too well...

Dori has supported multiple corporate clients in their yoga and wellbeing journey throughout the years.

Stepping out of her corporate role, she's even more committed to provide a helping hand for people working in seated and digitalised jobs as she's experienced the impacts on her physical and mental health in these roles well enough.

Dori is also trained as a Spine Health-conscious Instructor, this means she knows a thing or two about healthy posture and poses alleviating postural, muscle and mental tension through some gentle flows that are accessible to everyone.

We can tailor classes to your team's needs, whether it be a short 30 minute mindfulness meditation session, a 45 min lunch break yoga or a monthly sound bath session.
